I’m a nutritional therapist, herbalist, and writer who’s passionate about real food and natural wellness. I’ve written three best-selling cookbooks—Vibrant Botanicals, The Nourished Kitchen, and Broth and Stock—and I love teaching others how to bring traditional cooking techniques and vibrant, wholesome foods into their kitchens.
I'm also a mom who cooks from-scratch meals for her family, and plies them with real food like sauerkraut and bone broth. Furthermore, I think it matters.
