Jenny McGruther
Jenny McGruther, NTP is a nutritional therapist, herbalist, and food educator who has written three best-selling cookbooks: Vibrant Botanicals, The Nourished Kitchen, and Broth and Stock. She has taught countless students the culinary wisdom and practice of cooking with real foods both online and in workshops throughout the world.
She is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a member of the Nutritional Therapy Association, where she helped design and write the culinary wellness program. She trained with the Herbal Academy and is a member of the American Herbalist Guild.
As an educator, she has lectured at Bastyr University, State University of New York, and the Savory Institute as well as various other events and conferences. And as a strong supporter of small-scale sustainable farming, she has supported the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund through advocacy work and consumer education.
