Ingredients
- 1 lb Cranberries, Fresh or Frozen
- 1 Cup Sliced Kumquats, Fresh or Frozen
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- ½ C Wildflower Honey
- ½ C Apple Cider or Juice
Instructions
- Rinse and pick through the cranberries, discarding any soft ones. Add the cranberries to a sauce pan and turn the heat to medium-low. Add the cider, honey, kumquats and cinnamon stick. Continue to heat, stirring periodically, until all of the cranberries have burst and the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and refrigerate.
