    You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

    How do I access my downloads?

    The download is immediately available to you after you make a purchase. Store it on your hard drive in a special folder for easy access later.

    How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel anytime by accessing your member dashboard. Please allow up to 7 days before your renewal to process cancellations. Canceling your membership will prevent further charges until you re-subscribe.

    I'm having trouble logging in. What do I do?

    First, try to  log in. If you're still having trouble, check your browser’s security settings. Our membership software won’t work if you’ve disabled 3rd-party cookies. You can change your settings or try a different browser.

    How long do I have access?

    You have access as long as your subscription is current. Subscriptions renew automatically. We recommend downloading the guides and meal plans to a folder on your hard drive for easy access later.

    What if I only want the guide?

    Soak + Sour + Sprout is available to members of our cooking club, and is not available as a stand-alone purchase. If you only want this guide, register for the cooking club and cancel your membership before the next renewal date via your membership dashboard.
