While homemade bone broth is the best, here are a few brands that offer good quality broth made with organic ingredients. Look for broth that contains whole foods ingredients and has a high protein content.
Brodo was developed by NYC chef Marco Canora, and it is the closest to homemade that you'll find. It tucks easily into the freezer and has a high protein content and loads of gelatin. It's also made with organic ingredients.

Oil + Vinegar
Olive oil, butter, ghee and other healthy fats are central to good cooking - helping to increase feelings of satiety and conveying flavor to your meals. Opt for minimally processed fats and oils. Vinegar also helps to support blood sugar regulation and brings a sharp boost of acidity that brings balance to the foods you cook.

Sourdough bread is easy to make if you have the patience to maintain a starter culture. But if you're busy, or lack the time and patience to make your own, you can order it from a local bakery or online. Look for true sourdough that contains little more than flour, starter culture (yeast), and herbs.

Wine + Bitters + Apéritifs
Bitters and apéritifs are a perfect start to a meal. Their natural lightness coupled with bitter and acidic flavors help to kickstart digestion and provide a pleasant beginning to meals. Wine is rich in polyphenols that help support cellular health, and we prefer naturally fermented wine where possible, like that from Dry Farm Wines.
