This workshop celebrates the flavors of spring - vibrant, bright, delicate. Think little tiny roots, the last of the season's citrus coupled with the first of the season's berries. Recipes include Lemon-Berry-Beet Kvass, Dilled Watermelon Radishes, and Gingered Carrots.
