    Our cooking club workshops are a warm gathering place for curious cooks who want to deepen their relationship with food. Each month, we roll up our sleeves together and dive into seasonal recipes, traditional techniques, and nourishing kitchen wisdom-everything from fermentation and sourdough to broths, herbal infusions, and vibrant vegetables.

    Don't Waste the Scraps

    This month, we're making three simple recipes that help reduce food waste and stretch what you already have: strawberry top vinegar for vinaigrettes and marinades, homemade croutons from leftover bread, and kitchen scrap broth made from vegetable odds and ends.
