Like you, I’ve tried it all. Scratched out grocery lists, rotating meal plans, printable meal planning worksheets. And yes, when all else failed, Chinese takeout with a side of delivery pizza. It happens.
Try as we might to stock our cupboards with nutritious ingredients and refrigerators with whole foods, sometimes life doesn’t slow down enough to make nourishing meals a priority.
As a cookbook author and holistic nutritionist, my mission is to bring wholesome, real food back to the family dinner table. Most importantly – with great flavor and easy cooking.
And that’s why I developed these simple, nourishing real food meal plans. To bring back wholesome cooking and put fresh back on the table – with simple recipes and fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Each week, you’ll receive an update by email letting you know your new meal plan is ready. Every meal plan includes 3 dinner menus (main courses and sides), shopping list and a treat. Sometimes you’ll see extra recipes for things like bone broth or breadcrumbs, in case you want to DIY it.
Not really. Most recipes can be made with simple tools like skillets, saucepans, baking sheets and knives. Some recipes call for a high-speed blender, immersion blender, food processor, or Instant Pot.
Meal plans are delivered as downloadable PDFs. You’ll get an email once a week letting you know that a new one is available to download.
Oh no! Updates come directly from Gumroad, so make so be on the look out. And, if you’re certain you’re not getting the weekly updates (they come on Fridays), make sure to check your junk folder. They’re probably there. If not you can always log directly into Gumroad to access your library.
The Dinner Club focuses on real food, plain and simple. And you’ll see recipes that include dairy, meat, fish, eggs, grains and beans. Most recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free. And most are easily modified for more restrictive diets.

Currently, the Dinner Club’s meal plans are focused on the seasons of the Northern Hemisphere. Some users who reside south of the equator hang on to the meal plans until they’re in season.
