¾cuplime juice(from about 6 limes)
4cupswater
¼cuphoney
2cupchopped fresh leafy herbs(such as mint, cilantro and parsley)

Instructions
Combine the lime juice, water, honey, and herbs in a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh strainer. Serve over ice and store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 1 day.
