Ingredients
1mediumshallot(finely chopped)
½teaspooncelery seed
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1mediumlemon(juiced)
10mediumcelery stalks(thinly sliced on the diagonal)
1mediumapple(cored and sliced thin)
¼cuproasted hazelnuts(coarsely chopped)
½cupchopped flat-leaf parsley
Instructions
Whisk the shallot, celery, seeds olive oil and lemon juice in the bottom of a large mixing bowl.
Add the celery, apple, hazelnuts, and parsley to the bowl, and then gently toss them together until well-coated by the olive oil and lemon juice. Serve immediately.

The salad will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
