salted butter

coarse sea salt

ground black pepper

sprigs
chopped fresh rosemary
(chopped)
Instructions
Dot the potatoes with butter,
sprinkle with coarse sea salt and rosemary.
Top with a few grinds of fresh pepper.
Roast at 400 ยบ F for about 40 minutes.
