Place vegetables in a single layer on your dehydrator's trays. Dry at 125 F for 12 to 18 hours or until vegetables become crisp.
Working in batches, transfer dried vegetables to your food processor, and pulse until they break down into a fine powder. Spoon into a mason jar, close tightly and store at room temperature for up to 6 months without losing potency.
