- 1 lb of Fingerling Potatoes or So
- 3 Tablespoons Butter from Grass-fed Cows
- 2 Tablespoons Coarse Celtic Sea Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- Fresh Rosemary
- Dot the potatoes with butter,
- sprinkle with coarse sea salt and rosemary.
- Top with a few grinds of fresh pepper.
- Roast at 400 º F for about 40 minutes.
