It is so easy to use that I wanted to show you all the features my family uses (like customizing for allergies and food sensitivities), plus show you how I can plan out a whole week’s worth of cooking in just a few minutes.
How I Plan a Week’s Worth of Meals in a Few Minutes
Why It Works
Real Plans is a meal planning system that works by allowing you to customize just about anything when it comes to planning your weekly menus. This means that you can customize the servings, adjust them on the fly, make modifications based on which foods you like (which you don’t). You can even customize your settings so that foods your allergic to never end up in your meal plan.
It takes about five to ten minutes each week for me to tweak my plan, to review the shopping list and to take a look at the timeline that keeps me on schedule. This means I’m spending less time worrying about what to make, less time on last-minute trips to the store and saving money by sticking to a plan that I enjoy and that works for my family.
We started using Real Plans, an easy and flexible meal planning system that I can customize to my family’s needs on the fly. I liked their system so much, that I recently partnered with them to offer over 250 Nourished Kitchen recipes on Real Plans so that you can access your favorite nutrient-dense whole foods recipes directly in your meal plans.
