Win Killer at Large the Movie!

killeratlarge

Earlier this week I posted a review of the new film Killer at Large: Why Obesity is America’s Greatest Threat.   The film addresses America’s growing obesity epidemic, how it affects our children, our future and just how we became 5 billion pounds overweight as a nation.   (Yeah … you read that right: the US is 5 billion pounds overweight). Scientists, parents, kids, lunch ladies and food activists come together for this insightful and eye-opening film.

Well, the makers and publicists have given me an extra copy of Killer at Large: Why Obesity is America’s Greatest Threat, and I’m giving it away this week.   If you’re lucky enough to win a copy of this film on DVD, I simply ask that you consider writing a review on your blog – if you have one – and link back to NourishedKitchen.com and if you’re really moved, consider passing it on to someone else after your finished.

Hi Jenny, Thanks for emailing me about this. I was actually wondering how I could get a copy to host my own screening. I screened Food Matters in September which went over really well. So I will blog about the film- which I had planned on doing and will then be promoting the post on Facebook and Twitter. I already subscribe to your feed…. so let me count- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I think I will earn five entries. I never win anything but this last month has been a great one so maybe the streak will continue. I did look in the film site but did not see a link to order/purchase the film (in the event I don’t win). Do you know how I might get one. If you have any connections- let me know- here is the link to my business site: http://www.meghantelpner.com
