		<description>Wow!  Ditto on the thanks.  I am debating fermentation canning and vinegar/pressure canning for the leftovers from our garden this year.  I tried pickles once and they turned out tasting very alcoholic and no one liked them.  I think the Katz video has made me brave enough to try some cabbage.
