What are your thoughts on coconut flour? We are trying to go grain-free as much as possible, and I have a 5-lb bag of the stuff on its way to us.

I was just thinking today of how much honey I have gone through lately. I have been using it much more and mixing it with molasses. Yum! I try to remind my kids that fruit is a great dessert. I usually have a piece of fruit after lunch every day and it has really been satisfying my need for a sweet in the afternoon.

Can't wait to learn about bone broths with you. Just read that section of NT last night and am so inspired.

We're contemplating going on a sugar fast but the thought just scares me. I like sugar (in the form of chocolates) a LOT. And since I can't make my own chocolates, I'll simply have to do without. I think it's going to be a hard task.
