		<description>I wouldn&#039;t recommend consuming raw kale - especially frequently - as raw kale is a potent source of oxalates which inhibit calcium absorption.  FCLO should be fine.  You&#039;re taking butter oil too, yes?</description>

		<description>I make a similar smoothie, but I use homemade cultured buttermilk instead of raw milk....I got the recipe from Nourishing Traditions.  I can&#039;t get raw milk here.  :(</description>
