		<description>Wonderful ideas!  I too crave a little something cool next to the heavy foods in winter but hate to buy lettuce too often.  I will enjoy trying your ideas.

My husband made us a wonderful avocado and clementine salad the other night.  Chopped avocado, clementine cut up rather than sectioned, some cilantro, salt and pepper and a little lime and olive oil dressing.  It was delicious and a new winter favorite!</description>
