You’ll need:
- 1 lb of Fingerling Potatoes or So
- 3 Tablespoons Butter from Grass-fed Cows
- 2 Tablespoons Coarse Celtic Sea Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- Fresh Rosemary
Dot the potatoes with butter, sprinkle with coarse sea salt and rosemary. Top with a few grinds of fresh pepper. Roast at 400 º F for about 40 minutes. Yep … that’s it. Good food doesn’t have to be complicated.

But but but… it’s boring! I know what you can do! You can take your potatoes and coat them with stove top before baking them. That’ll solve all your problems!
Didn’t that campaign just drive you nuts! ACCK! Stuff like that just makes me cringe.
