Salt Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

You’ll need:

  • 1 lb of Fingerling Potatoes or So
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter from Grass-fed Cows
  • 2 Tablespoons Coarse Celtic Sea Salt
  • Freshly Ground Pepper
  • Fresh Rosemary

Dot the potatoes with butter, sprinkle with coarse sea salt and rosemary.   Top with a few grinds of fresh pepper.   Roast at 400 º F for about 40 minutes.   Yep … that’s it.   Good food doesn’t have to be complicated.

    But but but… it’s boring! I know what you can do! You can take your potatoes and coat them with stove top before baking them. That’ll solve all your problems! ;)
