This spice rub is good for seasoning meat, fish and chicken.   It can also be used as a chili or taco seasoning.

To make 1 cup of this spice rub, you’ll need the following:

  • ¼ Cup Cumin
  • ¼ Cup Chili Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Cup Oregano

Instructions:

  1. Mix and store.
  2. I guess I don’t really need instructions for this one, do I now?

Nice and simple taco spice mix. I like to add a little bit of salt.
