Pumpkins and winter squash are finally in season and I’m elated. While I look forward to springtime asparagus and summer berries, nothing compares to autumn’s pumpkins and squash. An added benefit is that they keep forever, helping us to consume local produce year-round. Check out more Meal Plan Monday Menus here.

So glad to have stumbled across your blog via OrgJunkie’s Menu Plan Monday. I’ve finally found someone who is frugal but isn’t eating ramen and white rice.
Have already bookmarked your site future reference.
I too love greens and garlic and can eat them all day anytime, no prob!! I got some awesome turnips the other day and used the greens with eggs and some were tossed in ribbons into a salad!!
I just went back to the farmers market and bought some more. The radish greens havent been looking so good though:-(
