
It’s meal plan Monday again, and here I am sifting through a list of what’s in the pantry wondering if we can subsist on egg salad all week. I am awfully busy right now. Hmmm … probably not.
Monday
- Breakfast: Yogurt, Crispy Walnuts, Dried Cherries
- Lunch: Out
- Dinner: Egg Salad on Salad Greens, Cherries
- To Do: Start No-knead Sourdough Bread, Stew Apricots for Canning, Start Sauerkraut, Start Ginger Beer, Start Water Kefir, Make Yogurt
Tuesday
- Breakfast: Yogurt, Crispy Walnuts, Fresh Cherries and Apricots
- Lunch: Out
- Dinner: Sole Meunière, Haricots Vertes, Simple Salad
- To Do: Bake Bread, Soak Flour for Buttermilk Biscuits, Make Mayonnaise, Prep Sandwiches, Culture Vilii, Culture Piima
Wednesday
- Breakfast: Yogurt, Crispy Nuts, Apricots and Cherries
- Lunch: Nitrate/Nitrite-free Turkey Slices, Raw Cheese and Veggies on Sourdough Bread, Fruit and Carrots
- Dinner: Perfect Roast Chicken, Glazed Carrots, Simple Salad, Cherry Clafoutis
- To Do: Make Breakfast Sausage, Bake Buttermilk Biscuits, Make Mayonnaise, Make Yogurt, Make Chicken Stock
Thursday:
- Breakfast: Buttermilk Biscuit Sausage Sandwiches, Fruit
- Lunch: Chicken Salad on Greens, Fruit
- Dinner: Meatloaf, Steamed Baby Squash, Simple Salad, Cherry and Vilii Parfait
- To Do: Bake Bread
Friday
- Breakfast: Buttermilk Sausage and Egg Biscuits, Fruit
- Lunch: Meatloaf Sandwiches, Fruit and Carrots
- Dinner: Cheese Souffle, Simple Salad, Sautéed Kale, Roasted Beets, Raspberries with Lavender Crème Anglaise
- To Do: Soak Oats, Make Chicken and Vegetable Soup, Start Pizza Dough
Saturday:
- Breakfast: Baked Oats, Kefir, Fruit
- Lunch: Soup, Salad, Fruit
- Dinner: Sourdough Pizza with Homemade Cheese, Roasted Onions, Caesar Salad, Vilii and Cherry Parfaits
Sunday:
- Breakfast: Buttermilk Biscuits and Gravy, Eggs
- Lunch: Market
- Dinner: Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Simple Salad, Some Fresh Veggie I have yet to purchase
