I am a new convert to the “Nourishing Traditions” diet (though I think I’ve always leaned that direction) and really appreciate your menu plan. It’s wonderful to see how all the components work together . . . I’ve been a participant of MPM for several months . . . and encourage you to post again! I appreciate the inspiration!
