  • Dinner: Green Salad, Tuscan White Bean Soup, Lacto-fermented Turnips, Pears

  • Breakfast: Yogurt with Raspberries and Walnuts
  • Lunch: Leftover Bean Soup, Carrots and Celery, Apples
  • Dinner: Miso Soup, Sesame Salmon, Asian Slaw, Kiwi and Mandarins

Wednesday

  • Breakfast: Baked Oatmeal, Yogurt, Bananas
  • Lunch: Raw Cheese and Veggie Sandwiches, Carrot and Celery Sticks, Oranges
  • Dinner: Winter Squash Souffle, Green Salad, Pickled Turnips, Pears

  • Lunch: Caesar Salad, Seafood Bisque
  • Dinner: Out

  • Breakfast: Sourdough Blueberry Muffins, Scrambled Eggs
  • Lunch: Egg Salad, Crackers, Apples and Veggie Sticks
  • Dinner: Yak-tail Soup, Sourdough Noodles, Pickled Turnips, Green Salad
