Herbed Crème Fraîche Dip

This appetizer is easy to throw together, and you can substitute sour cream for the crème fraîche in a pinch.   Or you can make this dip truly homemade by culturing the crème fraîche yourself.   Serve the dip with vegetable crudités.   The cost per 1/4 cup serving is only $0.49.

    2. Good advice, Paris. I guess “add these ingredients and mix it together” is too complicated, for you, eh?

    3. Jenny-

I was wondering if you made this from yogurt with the whey strained out of it? If so any thoughts?

    4. Thanks. I have some organic creme fraiche that I wasn’t sure what to do with.
