		<description>Sounds like it was wonderful!!!  We are in south metro Denver and even though we don&#039;t have the same snow issues as you do, it&#039;s not safe to start a garden down here for another 6 weeks, too.

I think eating locally is more important to me than any other issue with our food.  But I need to do so much better in winter with fruit.  I just keep buying bananas!  lol

And maybe you&#039;ll win that maple syrup so you can bake maple cupcakes to your heart&#039;s content! :)
