I’ve spare traditional Water Kefir Grains which are healthy and fast growing – more than doubling in every batch. I dehydrate my spare grains regularly and check the viability of the dried grains from time to time. I can mail dried WKG from my stock to anyone anywhere. i bought some kefir grains from http://www.yourkefirsource.com and i’ve been enjoying kefir ever since.
I also know, there are a bunch of people giving their kefir grains away for free, so i don’t think there is going to be any problem getting the grains in the first place.
