A: I’m sorry. Honestly. There was a time when I prided myself on answering every email any reader ever sent me – and within 24 hours, too! I just do not have the resources to respond personally to every email in my inbox, because I work full-time, run a not-for-profit, homeschool and value spending quality time with my family.

If you have a question about cooking traditional foods, real food, whole foods supplements, food politics or other topics relevant to this site, the best way to get your question answered is to post it on the Nourished Kitchen Facebook Wall.
Q: I contacted you through PM on a message board / Twitter / Facebook / Name Your Poison, and you didn’t respond. And now my heart is utterly broken.
A: I can’t even manage one inbox properly! I don’t typically check private messages, twitter direct messages, twitter @ inquiries, and I never check personal facebook messages. The best way to get get your question answered is to post it on the Nourished Kitchen Facebook Wall.
Q: I left a question in the comment section on your post/recipe. Why didn’t you answer it? Don’t you care about me?
A: Nourished Kitchen moves quickly. I often don’t see comments, particularly on old posts, because the comments on new posts bury the ones on old posts. I do respond to comments on new posts fairly quickly (but not always), which is why it’s always good to subscribe to the free Nourished Kitchen Newsletter so you’re the first to know about new recipes, tutorials and posts – and also more likely to have your comment responded to.
Most questions related to recipes on Nourished Kitchen are most likely answered in the post, the recipe itself, or in the comment section already, and a careful reading will often give you the information you need. On the rare occasion your question isn’t already answered in the post or previous comments, Google probably has an answer for you. And if Google doesn’t, that’s right: I recommend posting to the Nourished Kitchen Facebook Wall.
