
The Nourishing Gourmet–always an excellent source for information on nutritive whole foods–and Keeper of the Home are sponsoring a Nourishing Frugal Foods carnival. Given the rising costs of food, these two women have devised a simple carnival that illustrates how we can still prepare nourishing meals for a low cost. And this idea is definitely right up my alley, so I will definitely participate.
Here’s how it will work:
