		<description>As one busy mom to another, I so admire you for taking on this daunting challenge.  It often feels like more than enough just to shop at the farmers market, organic food co-op, grass-fed butcher and fish market, then turn all those optimal raw ingredients into meals and snacks on a daily basis.

To have to worry about a strict monthly food budget in addition to finding vendors who will accept food stamps, then wringing hands over all the inevitable quality compromises one must make at a conventional grocery... Wow.  I am humbled and in awe of what low income mothers go through on a weekly basis.

Thank you so much for opening our eyes to this ridiculous catch 22 the industrial food mentality has placed the hard working American populace in.  Until all mothers are empowered to make optimal food choices for growing their families, we are deluded to consider ours &#039;the greatest nation on earth&#039;.
