So … I really need to get back into meal planning. There’ve been far too many hodgepodge meals thrown together on the fly in the last few weeks. Brown rice spaghetti, anchovies, eggs and olive oil? Sure, why not? Check out orgjunkie.com for more menu plans.
Meal Plan for Monday
- Breakfast: Strained Yogurt, Hazelnuts & Pears with Red Tea
- Lunch: OUT
- Supper: Misoyaki Salmon, Miso Soup, Green Salad with Asian-style Ginger Vinaigrette
- To Do: Prepare Chicken Stock, Soak Spelt for Sprouting. Soak White Beans.
Meal Plan for Tuesday:
- Breakfast: Strained Yogurt, Hazelnuts & Pears with Red Tea
- Lunch: OUT
- Supper: Bison Stew, Simple Green Salad, Real Sauerkraut, Honey Custard
- To Do: Pick up Fresh Milk, Fresh Cream and maybe Fresh Butter and Yogurt too! Continue crocking chicken. Continue sprouting spelt. Prepare ground bison for breakfast. Continue soaking white beans.
Meal Plan for Wednesday:
- Breakfast: Eggs fried in coconut oil. Bison burger. Apple.
- Lunch: Leftover Stew and Sauerkraut.
- Supper: Celery Root, Potato & Fennel Casserole with Walnut-encrusted Cod, Classic Hollandaise Sauce, Green Salad, Apples and Pears in Butter, Lacto-fermented Beets
- To Do: Strain the Chicken Broth & Store. Cook White Beans. Continue sprouting spelt. Soak Rice for Sushi.
Meal Plan for Thursday:
- Breakfast: Strained Yogurt, Raw Almonds and Blood Oranges. Red Tea
- Lunch: Egg Salad over Greens. Apple.
- Supper: Kale and White Bean Soup, Green Salad, Fresh Pears
- To Do: Go grocery shopping! Dry spelt. Sprout Rice for Sushi.
Meal Plan for Friday:
- Breakfast: Strained Yogurt, Raw Almonds & Blood Oranges. Red Tea.
- Lunch: Leftover Kale and White Bean Soup. Sauerkraut.
- Supper: Baked Salmon with Preserved Lemon & Parsley Tapenade, Pan-fried Brussels Sprouts with Piima Cream, Green Salad, Really Raw Ice Cream with Wildflower Honey & Blackberries
- To Do: Sprout Rice for Sushi. Grind Spelt. Soak spelt in buttermilk. Bake squash.
Meal Plan for Saturday:
- Brunch: Eggs Fried in Coconut Oil, Sauteed Greens with Garlic, Pumpkin Bread, Compote of Dried Fruits with Kefir.
- Supper: Halibut & Beef Tacos with all the fixings. Fresh Pineapple with Coconut Cream.
- To Do: Soak anasazi beans. Bake Bread.
Meal Plan for Sunday:
- Brunch: Baked Oats with Kefir. Frozen peaches, barely thawed. Fried Eggs.
- Supper: Sushi Party! Miso Soup. Cucumber, Daikon Radish and Hijiki Salad. Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream.

I love Sauerkraut! Especially sauteed in a dry frying pan. The cabbage gets nice and crispy.

I actually sat down and made out a meal plan for this week too, for the first time in months and months. I think I got a little overambitious though and I’m already behind on prep work. ;P
