Hello! I’m excited about this month’s pantry challenge! It feels a little like boot camp, since we’re newcomers to the world of whole foods and healthy eating. Actually, I would have thought we were healthy eaters before, but not according to my recent discovery of REAL foods and REAL information. Web sites like this are invaluable. THANK YOU!
So our pantry is ready to go. It helps to have Thanksgiving leftovers, for sure. I’ll probably have questions as we go, and I’m looking forward to learning more and making healthy changes. This new adventure is one of the things we’ve been thankful for as we’ve counted our blessings this time of year!
OM Gosh! I am SO excited about this – I’ve been needing some prodding to do this – so THANK YOU for creating the opportunity! I took ‘before’ pics & my goal is to do 1 drawer/shelf thingy a night this week, throw out the really nasty old expired things & inventory what goes back in the drawer! Tonight, my DS helped me get thru the top drawer and I’m feeling very encouraged!
