Jenny and all,

Wish I could be there! Please stop by the HAWTHORN UNIVERSITY booth and give Dr. Liz Lipski and my fellow students some love.

BTW: if anyone's interested in pursuing holistic nutrition professionally, Hawthorn offers very in-depth online classes. I'm working on a Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition from the comfort of my front porch.

And, get this cool thing: Wise Traditions classes will be offered through Hawthorn University beginning January 2010!

Safe travels!xol

Jenny, thanks for getting all this great scoop into one spot! Also, for those who live near Chicago and can't afford the conference costs, anyone can come visit the booths and vendors (and our Real Food Media table) for free. :)
